This private 90-minute session gives you a place to bring your questions, ideas, concerns, proposals, or anything you're unsure about. We'll focus on what matters most to you, talk through your options, and help you get clear on what to do next.

Every wedding is different, and so is what you may need help with. Our time together is yours, so we'll focus on the questions and decisions that matter most to you.

Why work with me?
After 15 years of planning weddings and events, I've seen how one seemingly simple decision can affect everything that comes after it.
I've seen couples fall in love with a venue only to discover later that its lack of infrastructure requires thousands more in rentals, staffing, power, transportation, or other necessities they hadn't anticipated.
I've seen vendor proposals grow because of fees and requirements couples didn't know to ask about before signing. And I've seen couples spend money in places they could have easily pulled back, while cutting corners in areas that ultimately cost them more or affected the experience of their wedding.
A big part of what I do is know what questions to ask before those decisions are made, what costs to look for, where you can comfortably save, and where you really shouldn't.
The Wedding Intensive gives you access to that experience without having to hire me to plan your entire wedding. My hope is simply that you leave our time together feeling more confident about your decisions and excited about what you're creating.

Sometimes one conversation is all you need. Other times, it becomes clear that you'd rather have someone take the planning off your plate.
If, after our Wedding Intensive, you decide you'd like VAI x CO to take it from here, your $750 Intensive fee will be applied toward Full Planning when you book within 7 days of our session.
No pressure either way. You'll leave with your recommendations and next steps whether you continue planning on your own, with your current team, or decide you'd like us by your side.

Can I book an Intensive if I already have a wedding planner?

Absolutely. You may be working with a planner in a limited capacity, handling certain parts of the wedding yourself, or simply want an additional experienced perspective on a specific decision. Our session will focus on whatever you need help with without interfering with the work your planner is already doing.
What if we haven't booked a venue yet?

That's actually a great time to book an Intensive. We can talk through your vision, guest count, budget, priorities, and the venues you're considering so you have a better understanding of what to look for before making a commitment.

Can my fiancé(e) join the session?

Of course. I encourage both of you to join if you'd like. It's often helpful to have everyone involved in the bigger decisions part of the conversation.
Will you find venues or vendors for us?

The Intensive is designed for guidance and recommendations rather than vendor sourcing or planning on your behalf. I'm happy to discuss venues or vendors you're considering and help you understand what to look for, but research, outreach, and booking are not included.
What happens after I book?

You'll receive a questionnaire to tell me about your wedding, where you are in the planning process, and what you'd most like to discuss. You'll also have an opportunity to send over the materials you'd like me to review before we meet.
What happens after our session?
What if I decide I want VAI x CO to plan my wedding?
I'll send you a concise recap with my key recommendations and next steps. From there, you can continue planning on your own, alongside your existing team, or explore working with VAI x CO for Full Planning.
If you book Full Planning within 7 days of your Intensive, your full $750 Intensive fee will be applied toward your Full Planning investment.
