Booking time frame: 1 Month out

MINIMUM RENTAL RATE

Refundable security deposit is $1,000- $2,000

$2,500 for 3 hours with up to 5 people (guests & vendors)

Additional Time: $500 per extra hour.

Additional Guests: $50 per person.

Weekday Availability: Monday–Thursday.

Weekend Requests: Available for an additional $1,000.

$45/hr Site representative fee

$60/hr Security fee

$75/hr Fireman fee

$350-1500 Production fee (admin, concierge, walkthroughs)
