Access to the property from 7am-2am for setup and breakdown

Parking up to 55 cars

Proposals, Engagement shoots, educational events, ceremonies, corporate events, etc…

MINIMAL RENTAL RATE

Refundable security deposit is $1,000- $2,000

$2,500 for 3 hours with up to 5 people (guests & vendors)

Additional Time: $500 per extra hour.

Additional Guests: $50 per person.

Weekday Availability: Monday–Thursday.

Weekend Requests: Available for an additional $1,000.

MANDATORY FEES 

Some may apply if extending beyond 3 hours

$350-1000 cleaning fee (based on scope of production)
